Hullo, darlin'. If, uh, if you're seein' this, it means I ain't around no more. I hope I disappeared. I mean, I probably have, bein' immortal and all, but, uh, you never know. I ain't psychic, I can't be everythin'.

[He grins for a few seconds before rubbing his neck.]

Sorry. I guess I don't wanna think about this. But listen . . . babe, if I'm gone-- you know this ain't for forever. I will find you again. I think people go back home after here, and if that's true-- well, it's a cinch. Sirius'll find me, he's got a time travel thin', and we'll find you. And we'll be together, love. Okay?

[He smiles sadly.]

I know you're upset. I'd be outta me mind if this were you. But-- you gotta keep goin'. All right? You know we'll be together again, and I swear the day I see you again I'm marchin' us down to the mayor's office to get wed. But til then-- you gotta keep tryin'. For Sirius-- he'll need you.
